Tasmantis is the name of a newly discovered continent

Tasmantis is a new continent found; Zealandia is another name for it, formed 600 million years ago from Gondwana, which merged with Laurasia to form the larger Pangea. By 66 M years ago, it had sunk; grabens and basins formed, with Subduction, plates slipping beneath each other. This continent has limestone and granite featured.

The New Consultancy

At about the time you start to hate your job, you have developed enough skills to become a consultant, not a bed of roses either: You have to know what to do with yourself!  I gave a ride one night after a party to a celebrity from California. He had been a tennis player, and played in some big tournaments, but, did not make it to TV pro.  He is practicing at the park, some Japanese film makers were there, he looked right to them, off to making commercials for big money he went.  I took him home and as we neared Menlo Park California, he said to me that here were big homes with tennis courts, pools, luxury.  I immediately knew what to ask: What do they do the next week after they get all this stuff? The formula for War and defusing it

Along the way I realized this is more for the movers and shakers, the ones that have the power to influence groups that can use this idea for positive means, very valuable and mathematical, like dominoes falling.  This is Warren Peace from departmentofgoodideas.com    I believe your approach is very close in spirit with my approach for ending wars. The formula goes like this, in the escalation of hostile emotions:   Miffed--> Miffed again --> Frustration --> CONFLICT --> Anger --> Violence one-on-one --> WAR (large scale planned out directed violence)  From this mechanism for the emotional energy flows, what I see is that we need a Department of Pre-conflict which can defuse situations before the combatants even realize something happened, or the group begins what you do, step in and help.  We can perhaps have an INVENTORY of the potential areas from experience, then we can solve the problems by having a group thinking about the sour...
