What is not shown to the physics student

While the core studies, listed below, are great and they form the center of this problem-solving science with many marvels, wish to point out important items that in my estimation are left out. Socialization, and the process of thought itself are among them. Somehow there is an idea that thought is "automatic" somehow and does not require nutritious feeding of a curious appetite. 




We hardly ever know what the other 100 B people that roamed the Earth did, no matter their fields.

However, what is left out from the promise of this problem solving science in college is: 

The Open Questions of Science

Show how the masters thought, their lines of reasoning, stumbles, and how they found the path to solution; what can we learn about problem solving from them. 

Go see a physicist work

Show meaning of  "Lines of Reasoning"

Explain "clever" "creativity" "imagination" and their uses, applications. 

Physics is also invention, show how to invent, the four steps to invention development. 

Brain-Mind operations: how we use it for thought

How we think, definition, what there is to think about, how the brain interprets information

Nature of Illusion in science

Do a project: the physics lab does some of this, but there can be creative encouragement to pursue lines of reasoning, a cooperative project in a class perhaps, a real project

Every student handed a book on how to make all the money they want from writing, business, inventions and art.

Every student handed a book on maximum health and fitness thorough diet and exercise.

Every student handed a book on how to be of service to others. 

While the science is physics it has applications in all areas, since all the sciences are used to solve all of the problems: this extension, for physics and in particular those that are creative, is an aspect of Fluid Intelligence, the ability to apply mental algorithms to out-of-specialty fields to solve problems. Creativity in physics, in science, is harder to find than you might think; you learn to solve the first 7000 problems everyone else did; what is problem 7001?

Example: The fires in North California, get the given and get to work: how would the 20,000 physics students solve or simplify this problem? There are 4000 undergrad and 2000 PHD physics people yearly, why not use those of the last 50 years, 300,000 physics majors: we are in the messes we are in, spiritually, physically, morally, financially, health, because we cannot coordinate our thoughts like light in a laser. We have simply fallen asleep at the wheel again, cannot wake up our sleepy minds to a much greater extension of the powers of all sciences and all the people that can light up their Ideas Factories, creative division, and take a better shot at solving problems.

Including the ones we don't know we don't know.
