On the Universe
The rest of the universe (other than atoms and molecules) appears to be made of a mysterious, invisible substance called dark matter (25 percent) and a force that repels gravity known as dark energy(70 percent).
That leaves 5% of the universe for us, but wait: 99% of the observable universe is plasma, all matter disassociated into a soup of electrons, protons, and neutrons.
What you see is what you get? 1% of 5% = 0.0005 or 0.05% of the total matter in the universe is the matter we see in us, in planets, and the ocean of space.
