Food for each organ

Each organ is alive and must be fed correct nutrients is the idea here, and what to do.




One premise at DepartmentOfGoodIdeas.com is that intelligence is the connected sum of the smarts, and that fluid dynamic intelligence, the application of intelligence to problems that are new, or out of specialty topic, is a vital component in the analysis of "maps" that come our way, in new ideas that Connect to some already there. Overall looking at anything should have specialties, and some generalities, as needed, both are beneficial, especially in collaboration of minds to solve problems in fun ways. Seeing is the hardest thing, so many eyes may do it, and if two minds are better than one, the averaging of thousands is probably best.

Where are the concepts we know about already? They are in the Encyclopedia of Knowledge and Mechanisms stored in our minds.

Organs are chief parts of circuits, which have other components. For now, think of this list.

Take the Heart: I received a newsletter About Health which looks pretty good.

They list (and notice the two maps we are making are going to unite, intersect, and create new maps in our minds, by inductive extension), as great for the Heart:

I have not tried it, but the structure seems right. I am missing one, watch that is the one that kills me. White something, I hope it's chocolate. Water, water should be on these lists: Lourdes heals because of the minerals and clay in their water. What will be more accurate is the sum of 15 lists for each organ and tissues, Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, vitamins, minerals, water, air, enzymes, anti-oxidants, lots of green things for the Chlorophyll apparently?


Both map-lists indicate, more than suggest, that if we are made up of those organs and their supporting tissue, and we can generate a list for each organ and supporting cast of skeleton, glands, channels, motors, tissue, muscle, then we finally have what can only be called:


The first food shopping list in the world of the foods we eat for Health of Body and Mind, all else is pleasure food? How can we not have this? It should be in all persons' personal library from grade 6 or 7. A list of about 20-50 after averaging? We shall see. 


With sadness, there is no ice cream on the lists so far.


Frequency of ingestion of the foods still to be determined, a further study, but as you can see, mine cannot be wrong, so it must be correct. My solution for the most obvious problem we have, right here.


We still need to know what's in that food, until we have our own water purification, air cleaners, micro food gardens. The food will grow on the roof of your building, each apartment has its own farm tended by robots. Everybody gives two cents per day to have water pumped from Alaska.

And even then, we need to get 4 D food from the Equator in our 3 D printer programs.


We would be given, in grade 7, the complete up to date sum of the research to have a list of what each of those living organs should be fed, and what should be avoided, and what may or may not be good, regarding its effect on the number of scores, 20-year units, your body sustains on its lease, and the overall performance and quality of feel during those scores, these two factors are that quality of life phenomena.

What if you have your teeth pro cleaned twice a year? Does that eliminate the need to floss as much, is there a machine to floss our teeth?

Organic; is that one of those other-language words for "The way the food should be grown?"

Of course, we need a short list on how to get enzymes and anti-oxidants, clean air and water, and home environmental tests to see what is happening in our 8 environments, beginning with our cave and the great outdoors.

We are pollinators of knowledge and action, steps to be taken programs run inside us all the time. Creativity is the evolving of connections already there in physicality or Mind, or both.Creativity is the seed of our pollination.

Does it not appear that somewhere in this mixture, not so large as we might think, about 150 things, there ultimately be a type of "What We eat as Humans and What to Avoid" book/web which we all have, like a super valuable manual,

What should go through us to heal us, build us, strengthen our immune, clear our minds, what our bodies need from shopping and foraging.

If some people want to get on this with me, great, I have to put it on the list of projects for later, but on the list: this is valuable, certainly I want a copy. And remember: 1 out of 5,6 specials in the aisles do not make it to the register, develop a little device for remembering what you bought and its sales price, will it not pay for itself? Back to the drawing board.

Speaking of these aisles: 4 out of 15 are liquor, and 2 more are just sugary things, of about 15 aisles, and the fruit and vegetable offering for purchase are about the same everywhere. How much of that fruit or vegetable nutrition is in there? I do not want to eat 3 bananas to get what one banana used to get me: strains on the digestive system.

This is a part of the iBubble which protects and increases Mind, Body, and Money. Spirit, Social, Special projects (act locally and world wide possible with machines) are still under construction, some mystery is going on there, we believe Time, or its perception, is at work here. Time and Gravity, and Space is implicated also by association.

Home environmental tests are also highly desirable, test everything in your cave.
