We are inside a series of machines
Each system we look at with our complete senses is composed of a series of machines, which are linked series of mechanisms.
At all times we are waist-deep somewhere inside standing wave representations of everything we plan and are connected to, and what we interact with in the 11 environments we have found ourselves in over time, and space.
Food and exercise are mandatory: do not eat fried foods or processed foods, but it is hard to pay attention to because of the appearance that things happen so slowly. Your health is like watching a plant grow, and go. That one day recommended off-diet is good to raise your Leptin levels and the body sensitivity to it, why it is recommended. The effects are very slow in our bodies, we all need to become doctors of nutrition and wellness.
The main things we are after are optimized emotions, mind, health consciousness and exercise, money growth to business numbers, and those hopefully take care in part of Spirit-Heart the way we feel body and spirit, and our special projects. Social life is a kind of drama you find yourself in between lovers (and other strangers), family, friends, and people you deal with. this has a measure of luck to it, we are always moving through a Luck field, action at a distance.
How are you doing? How would you know for sure? By what means would you gauge the forces that are in the process of amplification and moving in your direction? Of what strengths and values will they be?

We live in the best country in the world, we should be very proud and be as participatory as we can in idea and project generation, the sharing of our positive non-secret results which move like a powerful S-Wave through all our consciousness, or is it super-consciousness since it connects to V 4 which reaches everywhere at a distance? The Spiritual nexus V 5 within us is the apparatus which connects us to the Higgs field, this side of V 4. The S-wave may turn out to be like a thread moving from V 2 (to me, hopefully V 3, V 2 veneer, the "suggested reality," plus creativity) to V 4 (Higgs field)
